We are thrilled to share the wonderful news of our very first **Travel Well Project Nordic Walking Session** held today at **Bulwell’s Ken Martin Leisure Centre**! The event was a tremendous success and left everyone beaming with joy and satisfaction. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️


A Fantastic Turnout!


Our community came together beautifully, with a fantastic turnout that surpassed our expectations. It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces and new participants eager to experience this full-body workout.


From the get-go, the atmosphere was lively and spirited. Participants were engaged in plenty of chatting, laughing, and having fun while learning and practicing Nordic walking techniques. It was a perfect blend of fitness and socialising, making the session enjoyable for everyone.

Nordic walking is a fantastic way to engage multiple muscle groups, providing a comprehensive workout that is gentle on the joints yet highly effective. It's suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.
