Greenspaces - Youth Initiative
Runspire Nottingham is excited to partner with Green Spaces and local youth clubs in Arnold and Hucknall to launch a development project that focuses on youth fitness. Through group fitness sessions, this project aims to help young people (ages 14-19) build a strong sense of community and belonging. The sessions are designed not only to improve physical health but also to boost mental wellbeing, offering a supportive environment where participants can grow together, stay active, and feel inspired.
