From popular couch to 5K programs to Nordic walking and social walking groups, we have something for everyone. Runspire Nottingham Couch to 5K Course
Runspire Nottingham Couch to 5K Course: Ready to run? Our Couch to 5K course is a fun, 9-week program designed to take you from the couch to running 5K, no experience needed! Our current Couch to 5K courses are running at Harvey Hadden Sports Village on Thursdays at 7pm, with week one starting on 3rd October. Another course begins at The Portland Centre on Tuesdays at 1pm, starting 8th October. Additionally, our Bulwell course at Ken Martin Leisure Centre will kick off on 7th January at 7pm. More locations will be added in 2025. Young Peoples Couch to 5K (ages 14 - 16)

Introducing RunFit Fusion by Runspire Nottingham! Looking to boost your fitness and running performance? RunFit Fusion is our latest session crafted for beginners, combining running with bodyweight exercises to help you build endurance, improve overall fitness, and strengthen the key muscles for running. 🏃♂️💪 Why Choose RunFit Fusion?
