Running a charity involves a variety of costs, and maintaining sustainability allows us to continue offering impactful programs. Your session fees aren’t just payments—they’re investments in the future of Runspire and our mission to serve the community.
Session Cost Breakdown
Each session comes with several expenses, including:
Session Leader | £25 Per Hour
Session Admin & Planning | £10 for 0.5 Hours
Insurances | £0.36
Marketing | £4.43
Volunteer Training | £2.74
Running Costs | £5.18
This totals £46.71 per session. With management and development costs, the overall session cost is £72.71.
Financial Overview
(March 2024 – August 2024)
Over the past six months, we had 1,359 attendees, with total session costs amounting to £5,247, excluding management. This results in an average cost per attendee of £3.87.
New Pricing Structure
To maintain sustainability, we are adjusting our fees:

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): £2.50 per session

Monthly Membership: £15 per month
Although our true cost per session is £4.25, we are able to offer reduced fees thanks to grants and other funding.
