Your Running Journey Continues Here in West Bridgeford! Every Wednesday @ 6:30pm.

There is certainly plenty to do in West Bridgeford but maybe you're struggling to find a community focused, inclusive group to help you stay fit and connected. Our Beyond Couch to 5k sessions are aimed at everyone from people starting their running journeys to seasoned runners. We all have one thing in common though; a desire to have fun and make friends along the way!

You might already be familiar with our friendly, qualified run leaders. They're here to help you realise your running goals, whether that's catching up with your running buddies, seeing new locations in your local area, working towards a 10k or beyond!
​
The focus is still on social, inclusive, supported runs that start and end with a good natter with all of your running pals. It's the same price as our Couch to 5k programme at just £2 per session or unlimited sessions in any location with a £15 a month Runspire membership. Just bring yourself, inspire and be inspired at Runspire West Bridgford!​​​​

There's a lot of running clubs in and around West Bridgeford. Maybe you've seen hundreds of runners massing on the embankment or people pounding their way around Holme Pierpoint and thought "I love my running but this isn't really for me."

At Runspire our sessions are for you; they're whatever you need them to be. Whether you've completed a Couch to 5k, you're a seasoned runner looking for some community or you're after a guilt free post run treat in one of West Bridgeford's many excellent hostelries, this is for you.

As ever our fully qualified, friendly run leaders are here to make sure you have fun and the right space to work towards your excercise goals; be they a 10k in the future or a slice of cake and a coffee with chums on the day.​
Meet Us Outside West Bridgford Library

Our West Bridgford sessions start outside the West Bridgford Library on Bridgford Road (NG2 6AT), right in the heart of bustling West Bridgeford.
​
You’ll be greeted by a friendly face and a group that’s ready to welcome you, whether it’s your first run or your fiftieth. There’s no gym, no pressure, and no judgement. Just real people doing something good for themselves.
