Your Running Journey Starts Here!
Ever wanted to start running but didn’t know how? Now’s your chance! Runspire Nottingham’s Couch to 5K is a friendly, supportive 10-week programme designed to take you from zero to 5K! No experience needed!
Led by a qualified Run Leader, you’ll build confidence, improve your fitness, and have a great time along the way. With a welcoming group to keep you motivated, you’ll go from walking to running at a pace that suits you, with plenty of encouragement every step of the way.
Getting started has never been easier, or more affordable! Join our Couch to 5K sessions just £2 per session. Please pay at the session by cash or card.
