Take Your Running Further with Beyond Couch to 5K! ​ Our Beyond Couch to 5K Social Runs are the perfect way to keep up your progress, build confidence, and enjoy running in a relaxed, supportive environment. There’s no pressure, no pace requirements, just friendly group runs where you can go at your own speed and have fun. Whether you want to improve your fitness, stay motivated, or simply enjoy a good run with great company, this is for you! Just £2 per session, or become a Runspire member for just £15 per month. 🕖 Join us every Tuesday at 7am outside Victoria Leisure Centre for just £2.00 per session.
