6 Week beginners nordic walking session at Ken Martin Leisure Centre. Starts Monday 26th January 1pm We meet at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre. Meeting just inside the reception area. Your instructors will be Paul and Peter. We provide the poles for you to borrow. Dress for the weather.
