6 Week beginners nordic walking session at Ken Martin Leisure Centre. Starts Tuesday 27th January 1pm We meet at Arnold Leisure Centre. Meeting just inside the reception area. Your instructors will be Paul and Teresa. We provide the poles for you to borrow. Dress for the weather.
