Runspire Nottingham Couch to 5K Course: Ready to run? Our Couch to 5K course is a fun, 10-week program designed to take you from the couch to running 5K, no experience needed! Our current Couch to 5K courses are at 200 Degrees Coffee | City Centre will kick off on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 7pm. It's just £2 per session! Cancellation Policy
Runspire Nottingham Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change, and we aim to keep things flexible while supporting our community programs. 1-2-1 Sessions: Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit note for future sessions. Group Sessions & Courses: Give us at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a credit note you can use for any upcoming session. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer credits for cancellations after the notice period or missed sessions.
