Beyond C25K Social Runs Take Your Running Further with Beyond Couch to 5K! Our Beyond Couch to 5K Social Runs are the perfect way to keep up your progress, build confidence, and enjoy running in a relaxed, supportive environment. There’s no pressure, no pace requirements, just friendly group runs where you can go at your own speed and have fun. Whether you want to improve your fitness, stay motivated, or simply enjoy a good run with great company, this is for you! Just £2 per session, or become a Runspire member for just £15 per month.

Cancellation Policy
Runspire Nottingham Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change, and we aim to keep things flexible while supporting our community programs. 1-2-1 Sessions: Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit note for future sessions. Group Sessions & Courses: Give us at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a credit note you can use for any upcoming session. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer credits for cancellations after the notice period or missed sessions.
