Cancellation Policy

Runspire Nottingham Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change, and we aim to keep things flexible while supporting our community programs. 1-2-1 Sessions: Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit note for future sessions. Group Sessions & Courses: Give us at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a credit note you can use for any upcoming session. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer credits for cancellations after the notice period or missed sessions.
